Notes:
Beware of some understandable confusion when looking for information on Space Patrol. There were actually three different series called Space Patrol, all totally unrelated.
Space Patrol US TV serial and the live action radio series spin-off, both of which ran concurrently 1950-55, with exactly the same cast.
Space Patrol - the British puppet sci-fi series that ran 1963-68. Started off as competition for Gerry Anderson’s early puppet shows, in particular Fireball XL5. Aired as Planet Patrol in US to avoid confusing it with the live action US TV serial.
Space Patrol - the classy German 7-part space opera television serial, 1966, known as Raumpatrouille in Germany but translated as Space Patrol in English.
